The village itself has two excellent pubs, a restaurant and a well-stocked shop within walking distance of the property and a short drive brings you to the popular seaside town of Salcombe with its fantastic sandy beaches, or to the pretty market town of Kingsbridge.  This delightful and tasteful retreat is a perfect haven for couples, walkers and families and is a convenient base from which to explore and enjoy the many attractions of the South Hams.

Steps down into the spacious fitted kitchen, with built-in electric oven and touch-control ceramic hob, fridge and separate freezer, washing machine and dining table which extends to seat six. Attractively furnished lounge area with two-seater sofa and two armchairs, flat screen TV and DVD combo with patio doors leading outside to the front of the property. Bathroom with bath and electric shower, pedestal basin, WC and heated towel rail. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, chest of drawers and walk-in wardrobe. Twin room with 3ft single bed and 2ft 6in truckle bed.

Outside:

To the right of the property is a raised (accessed via 3 stairs) private, decked terrace with table and chairs and countryside views. A rotary washing line is also provided.
