Gull Cry is a picturesque 300 year old beamed semi-detached cottage, originally converted from two fishermen’s cottages, situated on the edge of the quaint little village of Beeson in South Devon with lovely views across fields and hillocks to the sea beyond and the beach and seaside village of Beesands within walking distance of just half a mile. This cottage reflects the immaculate taste of the owner, is extremely comfortable, equipped to a high standard and is a spacious, most attractive home from home set in delightful tranquil gardens.

Steps up to front door. Entrance to hall off which there is a shower room (electric shower) with WC and wash basin. Large beamed living room (the beams were fashioned from a shipwreck!) with open fire, TV/DVD/video, southerly aspect picture window overlooking the garden. Well fitted kitchen with electric cooker, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washing machine, dining table and chairs. French window and further door to the garden. Upstairs: Double bedroom with 5ft bed and triple aspect views over garden and countryside to the sea. Two twin bedrooms (3ft beds) with country and sea views. Bathroom with bath, shower attachment, wash basin and WC.

Outside:

Patio (a suntrap) with garden furniture and very pretty terraced gardens and lawns.

Parking: Bay for 3 cars.
