Holbrook is a smart, contemporary South Devon holiday home perched on a hillside, overlooking the valley which leads down to the sea and sandy beach at Bantham. This area is a Mecca for those who love the coast and all types of surfing and the peaceful village of West Buckland is a tumble of pretty cottages where guests can either walk down to the beach at Bantham or jump in the car to visit several other spectacular beaches dotted along the beautiful South Hams coast. The village has a couple of great pubs nearby serving good food and the bustling market town of Kingsbridge at the head of the Salcombe estuary is easily reached. Holbrook is arranged as a reverse level property with a wonderful open plan living room, a fantastic modern kitchen and two generous bathrooms. Outside the kids can let off steam on the swings and climbing frames or the trampoline and there is enough room on the driveway to bring your own small sailing dinghy, canoe or boat.

Outside:
Driveway and lawn area which overlooks the valley, furnished with garden table and chairs. Sturdy swings and climbing frame as well as trampoline with safety net (please note: children should always be supervised). Accessed from the kitchen there is a rear patio with garden furniture.
Parking: For two medium sized cars on driveway.
