Recently totally refurbished to a very high  standard, it boasts large reception rooms with picture windows that take full advantage of the great views of the sea and the nature reserve of Slapton Ley. All on one level, with a garden and garage it’s just a short stroll down the hill to Torcross with its 3 mile stretch of shingle beach, restaurants, tea rooms, pub and shop. This is also great walking country, with the South West Coastal Path leading you along the dramatic coastline to the lighthouse on rocky Start Point, passing through the pretty fishing village of Beesands and the sea battered ruins of Hallsands on the way. The historic port of Dartmouth with its famous golf club is a short drive away and the many popular golden sandy beaches of the beautiful South Hams are on your doorstep, with every variety of water sports that you can think of on offer.

Outside: Large grassed areas to each side of property, one of which is level and suitable for al fresco dining and relaxing in the sun, furnished with garden table and chairs, sun loungers and a barbecue. Patio area running along the front and sides of the house, where you can sit in the shade on a hot day and just take in those views.

Parking: For one car in garage. Additional parking may be available in the lane. Please Note: The whole courtyard/paved area belongs to the adjacent property, no part of which is to be used for additional parking.
