For those who love being in the thick of things, this traditional cottage will provide a cosy retreat, as it is nestled in the corner of a courtyard on the East Looe quay, a stone’s throw from where the fishing boats land and a few minutes walk from the bustling centre of the seaside town. One the Quay, arranged on three floors and recently refurbished in a contemporary style, is in the perfect spot for a relaxing holiday with no need for the car. East Looe provides a host of attractions, whether you wish to while away a few pleasant hours in the local inns, sample the fresh fish in the many restaurants, wander around the shops and narrow streets of the old town or relax on the beach. It is also a convenient base from which to explore the beautiful South coast of Cornwall.

Accommodation:

Front door into open plan living room/kitchen/diner. Living area with sofa, two cane chairs, flat screen TV, DVD and music centre. Kitchen area with ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge with ice box, microwave and folding dining table to seat four. Stairs up to first floor. Bunk bedroom with 3ft bunk beds. Shower room with electric shower, WC and hand basin. Further stairs up to top floor. Double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and en-suite WC with hand basin.

Parking: None allocated, but unloading is possible outside the property. Parking at Harbour car park (daily charge) or Millpool car park, weekly ticket approx. £30.
