Compact double bedroom has a pretty 4ft 6in wrought iron bedstead, a range of fitted mirrored wardrobes and an en-suite tiled wet room with shower, basin and WC. The twin bedroom to the front of the apartment has recently been completely redesigned and has two 3ft beds and restricted space for a cot or a put-u-up bed suitable for a child. The adjacent bathroom has a bath, glass wash hand basin and WC.
Outside:
Several steps with handrail lead from the tarmaced car park via a shared pathway with a continual gradient to the property. A broad, paved, terrace and gardens exclusive to Quay Sands surround the apartment, ideal for outside living in the summer and equipped with table, chairs, and a coal barbecue. An area of lawn extends beyond the terrace that overlooks the valley with views of the coast. This property is not suitable for wheelchairs.
