First floor: Master bedroom with 6ft kingsize double bed, built in wardrobes, dressing table and huge windows with estuary views. Ensuite bathroom with bath and power shower over, heated towel rail. Twin bedroom with two 2ft 6in beds, chest of drawers and clothes rail. Second double bedroom with 4ft 6in bed, vanity unit with wash basin, chest of drawers. Family bathroom with bath and shower over, heated towel rail. Lower ground floor accessed from lower patio with utility room, butlers sink, washing machine and walk in shower.
Please note - children would require supervision outside due to the balcony and steps down to the garden.
Outside: Decking and paths surround the house, leading down to terraced patio with table and chairs and barbecue, steps down to lower level garden laid to lawn with borders. The owner has grown a selection of fresh herbs from which guests are welcome to pick a sprig for cooking!
