The Roundhouse is part of a small group of five luxuriously renovated properties, formerly Gerston Farm, which are situated down a long private road on the Salcombe side of the Kingsbridge estuary with their own private access down to a creek and estuary foreshore. Surrounded by beautiful rolling countryside this lovely South Devon holiday home has everything from the pale tiled floors in the living areas, to the magnificent high ceilings with exposed beams and an outstanding circular sitting room with a pinnacle ceiling and huge windows that open out to an extensive lawn and paddock.

Front door into hallway and glazed door into the dining hall with a splendid dining table to seat up to 10, and French doors to the patio. A superb kitchen with vaulted ceiling has a table to seat 8, TV, granite worktops, a large Range cooker with oven and 5 ring halogen hob, integral microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge and a large window. Door from here into utility room with washing machine, tumble dryer, bottle fridge and freezer. From the dining area folding glazed double doors open into the beautiful light sitting room, generously furnished with large sofas, plush with cushions, leather chairs, TV with Sky Plus, video/DVD, CD/radio and a smart contemporary wood burner. Two sets of French doors open to the patio and garden. On this level is a smart shower room with shower, basin and WC. From the kitchen area a corridor leads to the master suite with steps up to this magnificent oak floored room with a huge window, 6ft bed, fitted cupboards and oak stairs up to an en-suite bathroom that has a double ended bath with central taps, basin, WC and shower enclosure. From the kitchen area stairs lead down to the lower floor all with oak floors and fitted wardrobes. Two twin bedrooms both with 3ft beds and low French doors (with safety locks) that open to the rear grass area and courtyard. Further double bedroom with 5ft bed and an en-suite bathroom with large bath, basin and WC. Family bathroom with large bath, basin and WC.
Outside:
The house is approached along a communal gravel area with a five bar gate into its own parking area. Lawns extend out from the house and are divided from the large paddock by a grassy bank, (please note that the garden is not secure for dogs). The paddock is equipped with a children's slide and swings. A private communal lane (shared with the other properties in the group) leads down to the creek and foreshore, where at high tide small boats may be launched.
