Commanding stunning views across St Mary’s Bay, this spacious, well appointed property with its large garden, sea views and parking for a boat, is set just 0.75 miles from the coastal path and a lovely sandy beach. The master bedroom has an enormous 7 foot bed and a Juliet balcony with beautiful sea views. Green Gables is the perfect location for large family gatherings and provides a wonderful holiday base. Sabacombe Bay (right photograph) is 4 miles. Just a short walk away is Berry Head Country Park, a spectacular spot for walks, picnics and bird watching. Brixham (1 mile) is a bustling fishing port boasting a scenic harbour and picturesque narrow streets and a large selection of shops, restaurants and inns. Torquay and Paignton are within easy reach, both offering the visitor a wealth of things to do and see. Together with Brixham they form the impressive ’English Riviera’, renowned for its palm trees and balmy climate.
