This nautically-themed home from home is surprisingly spacious given its location and has the benefit of nearby allocated parking. A short amble down the road is the popular East Looe with its vibrant shops, cafes, restaurants and pubs and where you can test out your fishing, crabbing and watersports skills. From here, explore the likes of the fishing village of Polperro, the spectacular South West Coastal Path and even the famous Eden Project, all of which will guarantee a memorable holiday in South Cornwall. The combination of the comfortable accommodation at Tuc-Tin and the fantastic surroundings will encourage couples and families to return year after year.

Well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, built-under electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, larder fridge and washer/dryer. Stairs up to first floor. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds, flat screen TV, DVD player and a selection of games, DVDs and books. Family bathroom with bath, shower over, WC and basin. Further stairs up to second floor. Bedroom with 3ft single bed. Master bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed and flat screen TV.

Parking: Designated parking space for one car approximately 200 yards from the cottage.
