Upper Court Barn is nestled in soft South Devon countryside, a few miles outside Dartmouth, close to Totnes and in the centre of the beautiful South Hams. This spacious, contemporary holiday barn is certain to appeal to discerning guests.  This 5 Star property has been tastefully furnished and equipped to a very high standard with a large modern kitchen diner and comfortable oak floored sitting room with feature woodburner, a perfect venue for a reunion between family and friends. Upstairs there are two beautifully appointed double bedrooms, both en-suite as well as two delightful children’s bedrooms. Outside there is a large lawn, a sheltered south west facing terrace and plenty of parking. Jump in the car and a short drive will bring you to the coast with plenty of sandy beaches to choose from as well as some stunning coastal path walks.  There are plenty of places of interest to visit nearby and guests visiting this luxury retreat are made to feel at home right from the start with a complimentary welcome pack on arrival.

Front door to large open plan ground floor. Marble floored kitchen diner with modern extremely well equipped kitchen equipped with twin eye level ovens, 5 ring induction hob set in island unit with the breakfast bar, integrated fridge, microwave, dishwasher, coffee making machine and wall mounted TV.  Dining area with wrought iron marble topped table and chairs to seat 8. French window to terrace. Steps down to utility room with 2 further fridges, 2 freezers, washing machine, tumble dryer and sink. Downstairs cloakroom with WC and hand basin. Steps up to oak floored sitting room with exposed beams and feature woodburner fire, furnished with a sofa and three armchairs. 48” wall mounted flat screen TV, DVD and Bose sound system with iPod dock. Oak stairs to first floor. Further stairs to sumptuous vaulted master bedroom with 5ft double bed, wall mounted 42” TV and luxury en-suite with walk in shower, pedestal hand basin and WC. At the other end of the barn second double bedroom with 4ft 6in double bed, wardrobe, wall mounted TV and partitioned glazed en-suite with walk in shower, hand basin and WC. Twin bedroom with two 3ft beds and hanging space. Adjoining fun children’s bedroom with substantial 3ft bunk beds and an additional cot bed (5ft long). Family bathroom with bath, shower over, pedestal hand basin and WC.

Outside:

French windows from the dining area and the sitting room open onto a gravelled terrace leading to a large lawn with natural bank to one side. 

Parking: For up to 3 cars and a boat trailer for boats up to 18ft.
