Overlooking and tucked down a quiet leafy lane on the outskirts of the village is this charming, cosy end of terrace 18th century South Devon holiday cottage, situated a short distance from the Kingsbridge to Salcombe road that provides quick access to all that is best in the South Hams, with good sandy beaches, rocky cliffs and wonderful walks all within a short distance. Valley Cottage is cosy, simply furnished, comfortable and welcoming and provides an excellent base from which to explore the area.

Accommodation:

A railed ramp leads up from the lane to the front door that opens directly into the sitting room. Comfortably furnished with a small sofa, 2 chairs, window seat, TV/video/DVD, CD/stereo, selection of videos and DVDs, board games and with wood burner set in a feature stone hearth. Curtained archway into small dining area with pine table and built-in padded seating for 6. Door to fully fitted pine kitchen with tiled floor, electric cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer, access to rear lobby for boots and coats, tumble dryer and door to garden. Carpeted stairs to small landing. Double bedroom with 5ft bed, fitted cupboards, radio, small TV, DVD player and hair dryer. Bunk bedroom with full size 3ft bunks, fitted cupboard, radio/CD/cassette player and window seat. Small  bunk bedroom with 2ft 6in bunk beds. Bathroom with bath, electric shower over, basin and WC.

Outside:

A few steps up from the ramp to the garden gate leads to the raised, enclosed garden area with country views through trees to neighbouring fields. A terrace has table with 8 chairs. There is a Weber barbecue and on the raised decking there is a rattan sofa, chiminea, two rattan arm chairs, a coffee table and garden bench.

Parking: On road parking for 1 small car approximately 50 yards up the lane from the cottage.  Extra parking for large or additional cars available in village car park which is approximately 300 yards away.
