The beautiful Salcombe estuary meanders up to the market town of Kingsbridge and provides fantastic surroundings for those who like messing about on the water, whilst the nearby South West Coastal Path provides superb views for those who enjoy walking. The famous surfing beaches of Bigbury Bay are just a few miles away and for those days out, attractions such as the Dartmoor National Park, the historic port of Dartmouth, Torbay, Cornwall and even the north Devon coast are all accessible. Malborough itself has a couple of thriving pubs, a restaurant and a well stocked shop and for those who can’t be bothered with cooking both nearby Salcombe and Kingsbridge provide everything required for dining out.
