Adjoining the owners’ home, it is the ideal choice to explore the delights of both north Devon and north Cornwall. The area is a must for water sports, sailing and fishing, whilst walkers and cyclists will enjoy the famous Tarka Trail. There are many pretty fishing villages nearby including Instow, Appledore and the famous cobbled streets of Clovelly with its donkey transport. Bude, 30 minutes’ drive, and superb coastal walking are all nearby. Westward Ho! is fantastic for surfing and the pretty port town of Bideford has the Atlantic shopping village and boat trips to Lundy Island. Golf, fishing and riding nearby. Pub 0.5 miles.
