Shay, The,Halifax Information
Halifax Town have benefited from linking up with the Rugby League team the Halifax Blue Sox who also use the stadium. This resulted in a lot of new finance being made available for ground improvements.

The brand new East Stand, conference facilities and car park at Halifax's Shay Stadium are now complete, placing the venue back at the heart of Calderdale's sporting and community life.

Once in the ground, spectators can choose whether to stand in the South Stand or sit in the Skircoat Stand and movement is allowed between both areas. For games that attract a large away support, the North Stand will be open to visitors supporters.
