One of only 3 Soil Association licensed 100% ORGANIC guesthouses in the UK, we offer luxury accommodation and wholesome organic food which is locally sourced and Fairtrade with vegetarian options. Cote How Guest House is an ideal retreat but still within easy reach of restaurants and pubs in nearby Ambleside & Grasmere. There are numerous walks and bridle ways directly accessible from the house including Loughrigg, Nab Scar, Fairfield Horseshoe and Rydal Water. We have three large and newly refurbished bedrooms which each sleep upto four people comfortably. We have a large comfortable guest Lounge with log fire, honesty bar and free WI-FI. |  | From the South: M6 jct 36 - follow A590 signed South Lakes (becomes A591). Follow through Windermere and Ambleside. 1 mile north of ambleside along the A591. Turn left over Pelter Bridge (sign posted "Under Loughrigg") then turn immediatley right and up the hill. House is 100m up the hill on right hand side. From the North: M6 Jct 40, Take A44 towards Keswick. Take the A591 South towards Windermere. £ miles south of grasmere enter rydal. After 300yds look for Pelter Bridge on Right hand side (sign posted "Under Loughrigg") Go over bridger then turn immediatley right and up the hill. House is 100m up the hill on right hand side. |
