	Open all year - Welcome to the Waters Edge Hotel! Ideally situated in the south shore area just off the promenade offering sea views. We are just a few seconds away from the south pier, casino, Water World and the Pleasure Beach that offers great shows as well as the fair. Relax in our barlounge, enjoy draught Carling and Becks larger, Boddingtons Bitter, Strongbow Cider and a good selection of spirits, mixers and wine. Perhaps enjoy a game of pool, giant Jenga or play on the Nintendo Wii. If you like to sing, we have a Karaoke with over 2000 songs.The Lounge is open all day . Free wireless Internet access available in the bar and the en-suite rooms. Breakfast is between 9am and 9.30am served in our seperate dining room. Help yourself to cereal and juice whilst we freshly prepare your full English - choose from bacon, sausage, beans, fresh tomatoe, fried egg, mushrooms, fried bread and black pudding, tea or coffee, toast and a selection of preserves. All our rooms are comfortable and clean. For the comfort of our guests who find the 6 steps up to the entrance enough, we have installed a chair lift up to the first floor en-suite rooms. We aim to make your stay as comfortable as possable. Our guests are mainly couples and familys we do take party bookings including christmas works parties but sorry no stag or hens. New Year is an all inclusive 3 night offer. All food, drink, fun and games disco on new years eve. From the when you arrive untill you leave no need to open your purse or wallet.
