Originally 3 Edwardian houses built for local sea captains with the Hain Shipping Company, Chy-an-Albany was converted to a hotel in the 1920s. The hotel has been tastefully refurbished retaining much of the charm of the original building. Take the freshest, finest local vegetables and produce, fish straight from the sea, Cornish made cheeses and a basket of exotic foods and wines from around the world.
