Recently, at the prestigious Institute of Hospitality Northern Ireland Janus Awards for professionalism the hotel was once again recogniced. Head chef John Whyte beat off stiff competition to pick up the award for Head Chef – Large Scale. Assistant Bars Manager Henk Compier won the award for Junior Manager, Food & Beverage.
