Fairwater Head Hotel

Nestled in 2 acres of beautifully kept gardens, our charming country house hotel is a place of comfort, good food, peace and tranquillity.
In the winter sit by the fire and enjoy a good book, and in summer relax with an afternoon cream tea on the patio, taking in the superb views of the Axe Valley and surrounding countryside. Later, unwind with a drink in our west-facing bar and watch the sun set.
New owners Adam and Carrie Southwell and their team strive to create the perfect relaxed atmosphere with friendly and efficient service. Our restaurant is very much a part of what we do here; it has an AA Rosette for the high standard and quality of the food, making it one of the very best in the area.
The 4-course fixed price table d'hôte evening dinner is bookable at an additional cost. Tables by reservation only.Appreciate the best of Devon's produce cooked by our executive head chef and his award winning team.

A full English breakfast is included in the price, served between 08:00 and 10:00.
Lunch is only available if you book, and is served Wednesday to Saturday between 12:00 and 14:00. On Sunday's we serve a traditional roast lunch, please reserve your table at reception. Every evening of the week we serve our award-winning 4-course, fixed price table d'hôte dinner, between 19:00 and 21:00. There is limited availability for tables, so please book in advance.
