Imaginative menus are created daily by our Head Chef from the wealth of fresh ingredients available. Dishes feature traditional Scottish themes often with a modern slant as well as choices of a more international nature such as seafood risotto, with locally caught langoustines and scallops. The Conservatory & Bar is open daily for lunch and supper, with a regularly changing main menu and accompanying daily specials. There's something to suit all tastes from home-made 'sausage and mash' to 'spicy Oriental pancakes'.
