Oakwood Guest House is a good inexpensive place to stay when flying from Heathrow Airport, but has the added advantage of not being on any flight paths. The convenient location, great transport links and proximity to the area's major roads, make it a good base for exploring the surrounding region. The M3, M4, M25 and M40 motorways are all close by and there is an excellent local bus service to Heathrow, Uxbridge, Stockley Park, Hayes, Hillingdon and Hounslow. The train station is just 5 minutes' walk away, with a regular service to London Paddington, Slough, Reading and Oxford.
Low-cost airport and holiday parking is available by special prior arrangement and a generous freshly cooked full English breakfast is included in the room rates.Oakwood Guest House is situated on the outskirts of West Drayton, and is well situated for visiting Wembley Stadium and Windsor. The guest house offers good budget accommodation on a bed and breakfast basis, and while the rooms and the shower rooms are on the small side, so are the prices.
The guest house is non-smoking throughout, including all of the rooms. The building is pleasant with a number of charming touches.
International visitors are especially welcome and the management speak French, German and Spanish.
