Facing the sea, this traditional family-run hotel has a prime position on the seafront and panoramic views over Tolcarne Beach. It is a few minutes' walk from sandy beaches and surf.
There are beautiful walks on the cliffs and beaches, and Newquay has many surfing and water-sports facilities.
The hotel is conveniently close to the railway station and bus station. Nearby you can find shops, an amusement park, a local indoor pool, Newquay Zoo, a boating lake and Trenance Gardens. Blue Reef Aquarium is a short walk away.
In the evenings you can relax with a drink and enjoy a splendid sea view and sunset from the lounge.The Cliffdene is a long established family hotel concentrating on giving comfort, good food, a friendly service and value for money.

The spacious dining room, with its panoramic views over the Newquay bays, provides the perfect setting to enjoy the best home cooking.
Breakfast is served between 08:15 until 09:00am Monday to Friday, and 08:15 until 09:30 Saturday and Sunday.
A 3-course dinner is served at 18:45. If you require dinner, please book at reception before 17:00. Last entry to the dining room is at 19:15.
