Two episodes of “Too Old To Die Young” premiered at Cannes. Refn made the unique decision to premiere the fourth and fifth episodes, rather than the first and second, because he said that he thought it would get to the heart of the show, about a Los Angeles cop (Miles Teller) who leads a double life.
