The Plaines
Formed in the spring of 2001, the Plaines are:

Massimo Martella - Rhythm Guitar & Vocals
Terry Brown - Percussion
Stephen Mosele (Moggy) - Bass
Erica Bakker - Backing Vocals

All from different nationalities, hence 'The Plaines'. The band is Sheffield based and are regulars on the Sheffield music scene.

Their music is best described as Melodic American Rock with a sweet Acoustic backbone.

Their'Departure Lounge'E.P. will be released in the summer of 2002, they currently have a European tour pending.
