How to get rid of Wobbly Arms

It is no good hoping that one day they will go away and your arms will be a picture of perfection, because they won't. We all need to take steps to create those perfectly toned arms we dream of.


  1. Stand with knees bent and leaning slightly forward
  2. Rest your left arm down on the top of your thigh and hold a small weight in your other hand.
  3. Very slowly, lift your arm up so that the elbow is facing your feet. Hold this position and release slowly. Do this 15 times and rest. Then repeat.
  4. Do the same action with the opposite arm. by doing this three times a week you should notice a difference in those drooping arms!
