It is no good hoping that one day they will go away and your arms will be a picture of perfection, because they won't. We all need to take steps to create those perfectly toned arms we dream of.
- Stand with knees bent and leaning slightly forward
- Rest your left arm down on the top of your thigh and hold a small weight in your other hand.
- Very slowly, lift your arm up so that the elbow is facing your feet. Hold this position and release slowly. Do this 15 times and rest. Then repeat.
- Do the same action with the opposite arm. by doing this three times a week you should notice a difference in those drooping arms!
