More Fat Less Flab

Believe it or not, it has been recently proved that if you eat too little fat in your meals, you will not see rid of those pounds. A study showed that those who ate little fat in their meals were craving high content fatty foods just a few hours after eating. They were found to be eating 80% more calories after their healthy meal and not at all helping their diet.
