The hotel dates back over 350 years and offers sixteen en-suite bedrooms. The hotel was previously known as the Green Dragon.
Families who are travelling on a tighter budget will appreciate our rate. Children under age four may stay at no extra charge while using their parents' bedroom. Pets are not allowed, however.
We have free public parking as well, a feature for the budget-minded traveller to consider. We do not offer Internet access, being a lower-priced hotel. We do, however, have meeting facilities for the business traveller.

We allow car parking on our site. We are not far from Taunton so bringing your own car is a good idea.

Our bedrooms are referred to as 'budget boutique' since we designed them after surveying our earlier guests to find what features they wanted in a hotel room. We offer a good night's sleep, a modern bathroom, excellent security and entertainment and a favourable price for budget travellers.
High chairs in our restaurant reveal our attitude toward families with children. Cots and cribs are also available when needed. Our full menu restaurant serves attractive meals.
We have ample parking for 35 cars at no charge. Our front desk will store luggage or help with laundry needs. Post or parcel services are also available. Our meeting facilities include options such as photocopy service, secretarial service or fax.
