The Carrbridge Hotel is situated in an18th Century village deep in the heart of the Scottish Highlands.This family owned and managed Hotel is set in breathtaking scenery on the banks of the River Dulnain, with spectacular views of the Cairngorm Mountain Range. The famous pack-horse bridge, reputed to be one of the oldest bridges of its kind in Scotland, dating back to 1717, is situated directly opposite the Hotel. Originally established as an Inn for weary travellers in 1803, the Hotel has been sympathetically extended and refurbished over the years. There is a relaxed atmosphere and informality which can be enjoyed in the newly refurbished ‘Auld Bridge à la Carte Restaurant’. The Highland Suite provides regular nightly entertainment with Scottish evenings normally twice each week. The ‘Lairds Bar’ is a soft seated area with open log fire and serves hot and cold beverages,light patisseries, snacks and lunch. The hotel offers choice, value and service all at affordable prices. All of the bedrooms within the hotel are en-suite and have colour television, tea and coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone, toiletries and room service. Two passenger lifts service most floors. The Carrbridge Hotel team of international chefs take pride in using only the finest local produce wherever possible to ensure a wide and varied menu is always on offer. A special childrens menu is also available. The Carrbridge Hotel, set in the magnificent Spey Valley, is ideally situated, due to its central geographical location, for exploring the Highlands. Strathspey & Badenoch provide a wealth of facilities and attractions throughout the year for the whole family. Golfing, loch or river fishing, horse riding, hill walking, mountain biking, canoeing, and wind surfing are just some of the vast range of activities available close by. Aviemore Mountain Resort, at the foot of the Cairngorms, is one of Scotland’s leading ski resorts and is only 10 minutes drive. Visitor attractions include Landmark Forest Park, which is only five minutes walk from the Hotel, Speyside Heather, Rothiemurchus Highland Estate, Waltzing Waters, Highland Wildlife Park, Strathspey Steam Railway also the Castle and Malt Whisky Trails. Within a two hour drive, North, East or West you can find a diversity of culture - Duff House Country House Gallery, Macduff Aquarium, The Moray Firth Coast, Isle of Skye and The Western Isles, Loch Ness, The Grampian Highlands & Royal Deeside, Balmoral Castle and Crathie Church.

By road- Carrbridge is just off the main A9.Northbound turn right after Aviemore for 200 metres then left. 2 miles further turn left for 3 miles and hotel is at end of village past Landmark. Southbound turn left approx 25 miles south of Inverness and hotel is at intersection of roads next to golf course. By coach - National express to Aviemore then local coach or taxi. By rail - Direct to Aviemore or Carrbridge station then taxi - 5 minutes. By Air to Inverness Dalcross airport then hire car.
