Martin and his team of talented chefs take great pride in the dishes that leave the kitchen and rely on fresh, local ingredients. Meat is sourced from local farmers and butchers; fish is freshly caught and local; and in the summer, vegetables and herbs come straight from the garden.
An a la carte or daily fixed-price menu is available each evening and is freshly prepared using the best local produce. Breakfast is a memorable affair, featuring home-made rolls, preserves, yoghurt, freshly squeezed orange juice, kedgeree in winter, kippers or haddock and Welsh rarebit. Try a full Welsh breakfast with homemade oatcakes and laverbread.
