DescriptionCome and explore both sides of the moon... The London premiere of Luke Jerram's stunning artwork touches down in Greenwich Park featuring an incredible seven metre inflatable moon sculpture, with detailed NASA imagery of the lunar surface. A surround sound composition, created by BAFTA and Ivor Novello award winning composer Dan Jones, (who wrote the music for last year's GDIF opening night production "The House"), features archive audio from moon landings. Museum of the Moon is free to experience during daylight hours on Friday 23 (6pm-9pm), Saturday 24 (2pm-9pm) and Sunday 25 (12pm-7pm). During these time you are free to visit whenever you like though there is a limited capacity within the Old Royal Observatory Gardens so you may need to queue. Museum of the Moon runs late into the night on Friday 23 and Saturday 24 June, giving you a rare chance to experience Greenwich Park after dark.
