|Description||A fun weight training class for men and women. All ages and abilities welcome, trial class free. Kettlebells to Music is a popular and unique class aimed at building strength, increasing stamina and improving fitness levels. Working with a single, light weight, participants will work their whole body in a friendly, non-judgemental environment. As the weeks pass you will quickly begin to see and feel the benefit of regular weight training. Kettlebell weights range from 2kg to 12kg. Please bring your own workout/yoga mat. Dates: Wednesdays 23 Jan - 20 Mar Time: 8.15am - 9.15am (1 hour) Cost: £8 per class Ages 18+. All abilities welcome.|

|Opening times||Chickenshed Box Office is open for advance bookings from 10.00am to 6.00pm Monday - Friday, and from 9.00am until 5.00pm on Saturdays. (Please note - we will open from 10am on Saturdays if there are no Tales From The Shed performances).
The Box Office will be open until curtain-up on performance days for the purchase of tickets for that performance, subject to availability, and for the collection of pre-paid tickets.
Sunday opening is dependent upon performance times.
