| Description | Growing from seed is an exciting and inexpensive way to fill your garden with annuals, perennials, edibles and even shrubs and trees. RHS garden collected seed, rare and unusual Plant Heritage seeds, specialist seed from some of our plant societies and hundreds of packets from our plant centre will be available. Visitors can join free talks throughout the day to learn more about the fascinating world of seeds, how to successfully collect and grow them and learn how to make your own seed collection envelopes to take away some treasures to sow at home. From 10am ??" 2pm the RHS Seed workroom will be open for a behind-the-scenes tour to see how the team harvests, dries, cleans and sends out seed to members as part of the RHS Members’ Seed Scheme. |

| Opening times | The Royal Horticultural Society Garden Wisley is open every day of the year except Christmas Day.
Opening hours from March to October are 10am until 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 9am until 6pm on Saturday and Sundays. Due to the shorter daylight hours, the garden opening hours from November to February are 10am until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday and 9am until 4.30pm on Saturdays and Sundays. Last entry to the garden is one hour before closing. Entry for non-members is £9.50 for adults including OAP's and £3 for children aged between 6 and 16. There is no charge for children under 6. Please note that it is advised you contact the garden direct to confirm all details before your visit. |
