Ramsgate Directions

This port is located on the South-east coast which is the eastern tip of Kent. London is to the west of Ramsgate, connected via A299 (Thanet Way) and M2. A256 heads down south to meet Dover, from there on A20 links it to Folkestone.

East Kent and Eastonways are the main bus operators in and around Ramsgate. National Express runs coaches to London Victoria. Young of Faversham operate bus from Margate to Broadstairs (City Sight) in summer.

Kent International Airport is about 3 miles north-east of Ramsgate and offers low-cost flights.

Transeuropa is the only operator for ferries from England to Ostend in Belgium. Dover ferry port is about 19 miles down south as well.
