Penzance Heliport and Land's End St Just Airport offer flights to the Isles of Scilly. Newquay Airport is about 41 miles from the town.

Plymouth Ferry Port is about 79 miles to the east of town. The weekly ferry crossings offered from Plymouth to Roscoff and Santander are operated by Brittany Ferries. Brittany Ferries Mini Cruise operates the Plymouth-Santander route as well.
