Guide dogs in holiday cottages or self catering accommodation
Guide dogs accompanying blind or partially-sighted visitors and hearing dogs accompanying deaf visitors are accepted in most of the holiday properties. Where pets are not permitted at a property registered guide and hearing dogs belonging to those with visual and hearing impairments are usually allowed in the holiday cottages or self catering accommodation.
Please note that provision may have to be made to accept guide/service dogs at properties that do not normally allow pets. If you are taking a guide/service dog this needs to be noted on the booking form.
Some properties do not charge for guide or hearing dogs, but check with the holiday cottage owners and self catering accommodation booking agencies.
