3 COTTAGES ARE ADAPTED FOR USE BY PEOPLE WITH LIMITED MOBILITY OR SPECIAIL NEEDS: PLEASE ASK FOR A COPY OF OUR "ACCESS STATEMENT".
Guests have use of the beautiful shared 8 acre grounds with formal gardens, pasture, woodland and a river with adjacent BBQ with seating for the perfect picnic spot.
These six cottages, are part of a group of nine, all benefit from a shared indoor swimming pool with showers and changing rooms (check for availability in low season), games room with table tennis and coin operated pool table, children's play area and animals.
They are perfectly located amid beautiful, unspoilt countryside providing easy access to the rugged Cardigan Bay coast with its spectacular scenery, cliff top walks, sandy bays and fishing villages, and the Cambrian Mountains with its vast forests, moors and lakes. The area has so much to offer including activity centers, country houses, ancient monuments, castles, mines, steam railways, museums and crafts, you will be spoilt for choice! Fishing, golf, horse riding and watersports can also be found locally. Beach 11 miles. Shop/PO/garage and pub/restaurant within 3 miles.
The cottages have been comfortably furnished.
Shire is ideally suited to wheelchair use, with a level threshold and wet room. The cottage has an open plan living/dining room with double doors opening onto a private patio and garden, kitchen and utility room with tiled floors, 3 bedrooms: 1 family with a double and single bed, 2 twin (on request for children we can double stack some of the single beds to form bunks and add a smaller roll out bed, there is also a sofa bed in the dining area), bathroom with toilet and a fully tiled wet shower room.
Economy 7 Night Storage Heating and Hot Water is included, a charge is made for daytime electricity use by meter reading. Included are Bed Linen and Towels ; Freeview TV; Electric Cooker; Washing Machine; Fridge with freezer box. A Cot, High Chair and Stair Gate can be provided on request;
There are shared rotary driers and a coin operated tumble drier on site. Additional shared fridge/freezer and cycle store are available. There is ample Car parking on site.
