The property is set over four floors and sleeps twelve people in five bedrooms, consisting of a king-size double on the first and second floors, two family rooms with three single beds on the second and third floors, plus a twin room on the third floor. The property also has a second floor bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath, a first floor bathroom, a ground floor shower room, a kitchen with breakfast table, a dining room and a first floor sitting room. Outside there's roadside parking in nearby streets and an enclosed yard with furniture. Mayville House is a short walk from the beach and a convenient base for families with lots to see and do in the area.
