Tan y Coed is a lovely cottage, link-detached to the owner's home in Abergele, a small town on the coastline of North Wales, between Rhyl and Colwyn Bay. The cottage is set solely on the ground floor, with two bedrooms and a bathroom. There is a well-equipped kitchen and a sitting room with a dining area, a woodburner-style electric fire and patio doors leading into the garden. The cottage has two lawned gardens, one at the front and on at the back that is enclosed with a patio, furniture and a barbecue. There is also bike storage and roadside parking just outside. The beach is around a three-minute walk from the front door, across the Wales Coast Path, meaning Tan y Coed is a fantastic base for exploring North Wales, with lots of wonderful walks and bike rides to be had from the doorstep!
