Downstairs there is a sitting room with dining area, including a Smart TV and a warming electric fire and a well-equipped kitchen from which you have access to a pretty lawned garden with patio and furniture, perfect for dining alfresco, as well as roadside parking on a first come, first served basis. The surrounding area offers a whole host of opportunities for excellent days out, including the Donna Nook National Nature Reserve for wildlife enthusiasts and the historic city of Lincoln.
