Mill Barn is a delightful barn conversion, one of a group of farm cottages set around a traditional courtyard, on the owners' 330 acre dairy working farm, in a peaceful rural location near North Molton and can sleep eight people in two double bedrooms (one on ground floor) and two twin rooms (one on the ground floor). There is family bathroom and a ground floor shower room. The rest of the barn contains a kitchen and a sitting room with dining area and woodburner. To the outside there is shared use of an external utility, off road parking for two cars and a shared patio garden with furniture, plus use of a shared play area. Mill Barn is a cosy cottage for families or friends to enjoy the delights of the Devon countryside.
