Situated in a rural setting a few miles from the village of Drayton which has a local shop and welcoming pub with the market town of Abingdon worth a visit for provisions and trying out some of the many eateries. An excellent day out for all the family is the historical haven of Oxford. London is easily accessible by train from nearby Didcot. The Ridgeway and the famous landmark White Horse Hill are a pleasant drive away with excellent walks and you can be in either the Chilterns or the Cotswolds in less than an hour. A central location for visits to many historic towns and cities such as Warwick Cheltenham Stratford or Bath. The former old milking parlour is as striking from the outside as it is on the inside. On arrival you will see that the property has an open-plan lounge/diner with ample comfy seating and a TV/DVD. The kitchen is equipped with an electric hob and oven and a microwave. To the rear of the property is a comfortable double bedroom. Nearby for convenience is a bathroom with shower over bath and WC. The first floor is accessed via a striking spiral staircase certainly an eye-catching feature of the property. Once at the top you will find twin beds in a pitched roof galleried bedroom (not suitable for children under 5 years old). Outside there is a shared utility room affording access to a washer/dryer and ironing facilities. Double doors open on to a private enclosed patio garden with benches to enjoy the sunshine. There is also ample parking for guests.
