This holiday property is very cosy and comfortable. A former blacksmith s it is now a lovely detached cottage at the centre of this Oxfordshire village. Upper Brailes is a characterful village with some fabulous walks originating from it. Visit the village website and consult Jim s Walks which details up to ten different circular walks most of these walks are dog friendly. Further afield visit Banbury and Stratford-upon-Avon for shopping and sightseeing and the RSC theatre is also within reasonable driving distance. The ancient market town of Shipston-on-Stour is great for antique shops local pubs and eateries. On arrival at the holiday property you will find a spacious entrance hall. The lounge/kitchen/diner design embraces open-plan living. The lounge area has a comfortable seating a TV/DVD and a wood burner to keep the room warm and cosy in the evenings. The kitchen area comes equipped with a combination oven and grill tow electric hobs a microwave a fridge/freezer (inside a cupboard in the entrance hall) a small freezer box and a utility room. Use of a washing machine can be arranged. The bedroom contains a king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as twin singles on request). There is an en-suite shower room with WC for convenience too. Outside is a south-facing courtyard that can be an effective sun-trap and is also ideal for that evening glass or two of wine creating a great space for you to relax in the comfort of your own holiday home. There s ample parking too.
