This luxury lodge sleeps 4 and is located in the Highland Perthshire villages of Dunkeld and Birnam, on the Erigmore Estate.The lodge consists of 1 kingsize bed with en-suite bathroom,fitted wardrobes,tv A 2nd twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and tv shorter than normal A luxury kitchen with fridge ,freezer, microwave,Gas hob and oven dishwasher table and chairs.
Lounge area with sofas,controlled electric feature fire,flat screen tv,blue ray dvd and surrond tv and cd player.Patio doors lead from the lounge to the decking which surrounds the lodge where you can sit outside at the table and chairs. There is also a barbecue and Patio area at the side of the lodge. The lodge has full Gas central heating and instant hot water from a combi boiler. There is also a private parking space and the lodge affords fantastic views of the hills. All major credit cards accepted There is an indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi and Sauna all on site. Plus a Restaurant and Bar serving good food. Live entertainment every weekend.
You can enjoy some of the finest walks and cycle trails in Scotland amongst surrounding hills,through woodland and open country with an array of wildlife to observe.
The park is a safe and secure environment with 24 hour security and CCTV, providing you with an environment that you can truly relax.

The River Tay separates the villages which are connected by Thomas Telfords magnificent two hundred year old bridge. Dunkeld is most famous for its cathedral located on the banks of the river ( a popular wedding venue) and also boasts a selection of interesting shops. The 18 hole golf course overlooking Dunkeld enjoys spectacular views and the nearby Loch of the Lowes Wildlife reserve is home to breeding Ospreys. Birnam also has a lot to offer with the Beatrix Potter Exhibition and Garden and the Birnam Institute a community run Arts and performance Centre with live music and shows events programme.
