Locally there is brilliant cycling (including BMX), walking from the doorstep and birdwatching, yet the Brecon Beacons, the industrial history museums, The Big Pit, Valleys choir rehearsals and great beaches (including surfing beaches) on the Gower and the Glamorgan Heritage Coast are also easily reached. The local designer discount shopping complex is not to be missed. The cottage has purpose-built kennels in the garden if required. Shops, PO, pub and restaurant less than 1 mile.
