Biggar is a town in the Southern Uplands of Scotland, with a long history dating back to prehistoric times. Biggar offers museums, shops, cafes and bars.

From the lush green farmlands of the Borders to the ruggedness of the Highlands, the Scots are proud of their land and identity. Scotland also has some of Britain’s best beaches with glorious stretches of clean sand over which to roam.

Such relaxed owners meant that I could relax. Cottage great, location great. Five star for me, definitely recommended.
Ms Huntley, Bedlington, Northumberland
October 2013

,When we arrived on a cold winters day the fire was lit, and the house was cosy. The garden was a treat to behold. A lovely little haven of peace, hope to return soon.
Mr McAdam, Largs, North Ayrshire
September 2013

,Great little cottage in the middle of beautiful Scottish countryside. Loved the wood burner which made the place nice and cosy. Only an hour from Edingburgh and Glasgow as well as the coast - perfect!
Dr Butcher, Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
February 2013
