Belmont House is a lovely semi-detached cottage situated in the village of Beer just one and a half miles from Seaton in South Devon. The cottage can sleep eight people in five en-suite double bedrooms. Also in the cottage is a kitchen, utility, dining room and sitting room. Parking is available in a public car park opposite the property and a permit is provided. Outside the property is an enclosed front patio with furniture. Belmont House is a delightful cottage from which to explore this lovely part of the country.
