Swallows is a first floor apartment, part of a Grade II listed farmhouse, close to the rural village of Spreyton in Devon. This cottage sleeps two people in a double bedroom. The cottage also has a bathroom, kitchen and sitting room with dining area. Outside there is off road parking for one car and shared use of the owners' rear courtyard and front lawned garden. Swallows is an ideal base for a romantic getaway.
