A warm welcome awaits but privacy is assured. Situated on the Two Moors Way a route running between Ivybridge and Lynmouth the cottage is placed well for exploring North and Mid Devon. Dartmoor and Exmoor National Parks are a short drive away; great for wildlife and walking. The pretty village of Dulverton is approximately 6 miles away and Lynmouth with its unique cliff railway to Lynton small pebble beach and spectacular walks along the coast path makes a lovely day out. A short drive takes you to the quaint market town of South Molton with its pannier market. North Devon s stunning coastline is within easy reach with wonderful sandy beaches at Saunton Croyde Woolacombe and Westward Ho! Local attractions include Tarr Steps and Wimbleball Lake. The accommodation offers TWO bedrooms accessed via cottage style stairs: 1 double and 1 single. Shower room: with large shower and WC. Lounge: with TV DVD woodburner (first basket of logs included). Kitchen/diner: induction hob oven combination microwave dishwasher and fridge with freezer compartment. Seating for 4. Utility room: with washing machine and space for muddy boots or wet dogs. Outside: enclosed garden patio area with seating and walks down to the River Yeo. Amenities: off-road parking for 2 cars. Bed linen towels electric heating and wi-fi (available in the lounge) included . 1 well-behaved medium sized dog welcome (medium sized dog cage provided). Location: beach 18 miles shop 6 miles pub 4 miles. Arrival: 3pm.
