The popular Armada House development (formerly the Lobster Pot Inn) is set in a waterside position only a few yards from the beach and within walking distance of the village shop, pub and restaurants. To either side of the village are spectacular cliff walks along the picturesque South West Coast Path.

Apartment 5 (First Floor)

A first floor, single storey apartment set in a waterside position and with excellent views of the slipway, beach, sea and across to Bolt Tail.  The apartment  is very well presented throughout and has a large outside terrace with a barbeque - perfect for dining al fresco. Located just a few yards from the beach and within walking distance of the village shop, pub and restaurants, it is an ideal coastal retreat for families or couples with or without a dog!

ACCOMMODATION A penthouse apartment with all the accommodation on one level.

VIEWS From most windows overlooking both beaches and out to sea towards Bolt Tail.

ENTRANCE leads into a HALLWAY with hanging space for coats and storage for shoes.

KITCHEN/LOUNGE/DINING ROOM Open plan living area with polished wood flooring. The kitchen area is fitted with a range of modern fitted units and equipped with a four ring halogen hob, double oven and grill, washing machine, fridge with ice box, microwave and dishwasher.  In addition there is a Bose iPod docking station and DAB digital radio. The dining area has a table with six chairs whilst the lounge has a large sofa, 'love' seat, coffee table, flat screen television and DVD player.

BEDROOMS Three in total. The en suite master bedroom has a Super King size bed, bedside tables, wardrobe and chest-of-drawers. The spacious en suite bathroom has a bath with shower over, a separate shower cubicle, w.c and basin.  Bedroom two also has a King-sized bed, chest of drawers, bedside units and a fitted wardrobe. Bedroom three has full-size bunk beds and fitted wardrobes. N.B. All duvets, pillows, bed linen and towels are provided. (Tenants will require own beach towels).

BATHROOM In addition to the en suite (above) is a modern family bathroom with tiled walls and floors, bath with hand-held shower, basin and w.c.

BABY FRIENDLY EQUIPMENT A travel cot, high chair and stair gate are supplied.

OUTSIDE The property has a large outside terrace area which can be accessed from both the lounge and the master bedroom, with a wooden table and chairs, and barbecue. There is a large private front patio that is great for storing bicycles as well as canoes/windsurf and beach equipment.

PARKING Unloading only is permitted in a bay to the rear of the property. Parking is available in the nearby village car park at an additional cost (approximately 50 yards away).

OTHER INFORMATION Wireless broadband internet available. Telephone available for local and incoming calls only. One well behaved dog is permitted.
